The STP60 is a compact and easy-to-operate hand push plate compactor designed for the compaction of soil, sand, gravel, crushed stone and asphalt materials.
The machine is equipped with a long operating handle, allowing the operator to control and guide the plate compactor from a standing position. Its compact construction makes it suitable for restricted areas that cannot be easily accessed by large road rollers or other heavy compaction machines, including road edges, trenches, sidewalks, landscaping paths, building foundations and parking lot repair areas.

Power system : The STP60 plate compactor is equipped with the renowned brand HONDA GX160/LONCIN GF200 engine. Both adopt a single-cylinder air-cooled four-stroke design, providing powerful and stable power output.
Drive & Control System : The excitation frequency of the equipment is 93 Hz, and the exciting force can reach up to 10.5 KN. The powerful excitation force can quickly meet the density requirements of soil, sand, and other materials, with a compaction depth of up to 20 cm, far exceeding the compaction effect of ordinary plate compactors.

Pothole and Local Asphalt Repair : During pothole or local asphalt repair, the damaged area is prepared before base material and asphalt mixture are placed. The 50 × 35 cm plate can enter localized repair areas, while the 10.5 kN centrifugal force and 93 Hz vibration frequency support base and asphalt compaction. Compared with a large roller, the STP60 can work closer to patch edges and corners.
Sidewalk Construction : Sidewalk projects often have limited working width and may be surrounded by curbs, drainage systems, landscaping and buildings. Large compaction machines may be difficult to maneuver in these areas. With a working width of 35 cm, the STP60 is suitable for sidewalk bases and edge areas. Its approximately 20 cm compaction depth supports layered compaction of sand, gravel and crushed stone foundations.
Utility and Drainage Trench Backfilling : After water pipes, cables, communication lines or drainage pipes are installed, trenches must be backfilled and compacted in layers. These areas are often too narrow for large road rollers.
Landscaping and Garden Paving : Garden paths, landscaping roads and paving block projects require a stable and level base. Insufficient compaction may cause paving blocks to loosen, settle or become uneven.
Parking Lot Maintenance : The STP60 is suitable for compacting base and asphalt materials around parking lot edges, drainage areas, curbs and localized damaged sections.
Backfilling Around Buildings : Large equipment may not be able to operate close to foundations, walls, columns and other structures. The compact STP60 can work in these areas while maintaining the required safety distance.
