Overview
The Mitutoyo outside micrometers series 103 features either a ratchet stop or friction thimble that applies constant measuring force on a workpiece for exact repetitive readings. The Mitutoyo 103-137 is the 0–25 mm metric model with 0.01 mm graduation and ±2 µm accuracy, ideal for measuring metal and non-metal workpieces in workshops, quality control labs and maintenance departments.
A ratchet-stop mechanism on the 103-137 provides uniform pressure on the workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements, so readings stay consistent from one user to the next. Carbide-tipped measuring faces resist wear and the baked-enamel finished frame is built for everyday shop use. Supplied in a fitted plastic case with an adjusting spanner.
