Overview
The Mitutoyo 129-109 is a mechanical depth micrometer with interchangeable rods, covering 0–50 mm with 0.01 mm graduation. It is used to measure the depth of holes, slots, recesses and steps on machined parts in workshops, quality control labs and maintenance departments.
Two Ø4 mm measuring rods with lapped measuring ends are supplied, and the rod length can be changed in 25 mm increments to extend the measuring range. A ratchet stop applies constant measuring force for repeatable readings, the rod clamp holds the measurement in place, and the 63.5 × 16 mm base sits squarely on the reference surface. Supplied in a fitted case.
