Overview
The Mitutoyo 137-214 is an extension rod-type tubular inside micrometer covering 2–40 inch with .001 inch graduation. It gives a wide range of ID measurements by combining extension pipes and anvils with the micrometer head, for measuring cylinders, bores, rings and the distance between parallel surfaces.
The micrometer head (2–2.5 inch, .5 inch stroke) is combined with a set of eight extension rods to reach the required size, so one set covers a very wide range of inside dimensions in workshops, fabrication and maintenance. Supplied in a fitted case.
