Overview
The compact Extech 380941 is a mini AC/DC clamp meter with a small 0.9 in (23 mm) jaw designed to reach into tight spaces while giving 10 mA DC resolution and very low-current sensitivity. It measures up to 200 A AC and 40 A DC through the jaw, making it useful for troubleshooting in plant maintenance, electrical, HVAC and telecom work, as well as fleet, marine and motorcycle repairs.
The meter also measures AC/DC voltage to 400 V, resistance, frequency and continuity. The 4000-count display includes a fast 40-segment bargraph, and one-touch auto zero removes offset for DC current readings. Min/Max, data hold and auto power off are built in. Rated CAT III-300V.
